The New Quilt 2010

Sydney Quilt Show 2010, the Guild members' exhibition, takes place at Darling Harbour from from 16-20 June 2010.

Bernina Best of Show 2010 was awarded to Kay Haerland for her pictorial masterpiece Under the Canopy:

The New Quilt 2010

The New Quilt 2010 will take place at the Manly Art Gallery and Museum from 18 June until 25 July 2010.

Catalogue sponsor: Brother International Australia.

The Quilters' Guild of NSW Inc. established in 1982, is a Sydney based organisation which aims to promote the art and craft of patchwork  and quilting.  Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the craft, from the beginner to the professional. 

The Collins Cleartype English dictionary describes a Guild as "A society for mutual help or with a common object."
